Product Manager, Platform

As a Platform Product Manager at Profound, you will own the foundational systems that enable enterprise customers and internal teams, including identity management, permissions, billing, and authentication. You will define customer onboarding strategies, drive cross-functional execution with engineering and sales, and directly engage with clients to gather feedback and sell the platform. This role requires building scalable product experiences for the AI marketing frontier while ensuring the infrastructure is trustworthy and secure.
