Product Manager, Services and App

The Product Manager, Services and App will own the product experience for Backcountry's services business and mobile app, driving growth from discovery and booking through post-service follow-up. This role involves building the app into a meaningful revenue channel, optimizing scheduling and capacity, and partnering with cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives. Success is measured by services growth, an easy booking experience, and increased app retention and engagement.
