Product Manager, Trust & Safety

This role owns the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a core abuse area, making principled calls on tradeoffs between precision and recall while setting consistent guardrails. The position requires partnering with Anti-Abuse Analysts and cross-functional teams to translate community guidelines into scalable, enforceable systems that protect users. The ideal candidate will apply AI and ML to create leverage in detection and classification while serving as the authoritative product voice on anti-abuse at Tinder.
