This role owns the finishes strategy and lifecycle, translating customer and market needs into differentiated solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent appearance and performance. The position leads the commercialization of new or improved finishes and is accountable for the finishes roadmap, portfolio simplification, growth, and profitability.
