The Product Manager will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the modernization of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) legacy Contact Center CRM platform into a modern, AI-enabled, cloud-native solution. This role involves translating business objectives into actionable work for Agile delivery teams, leading discovery sessions, and ensuring functional continuity and minimal operational disruption. The position requires collaboration with CMS stakeholders, scrum teams, and leadership to drive measurable outcomes and support AI compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve product vision and roadmap for AI-driven contact center modernization
Lead discovery sessions and Human-Centered Design workshops to translate business needs into product requirements
Guide prioritization of iterative AI feature roadmap and ensure compliance with federal governance standards
