Product Manager

The Product Manager serves as the single-threaded product owner for the Payments component within a newly acquired startup building an AI-enabled, autonomous banking platform for Tier-1 financial institutions. This role requires deep UK or US payments expertise and an engineering foundation to define the vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes from discovery through production adoption. The position involves owning the multi-year Payments strategy, managing the scheme calendar, and ensuring the platform meets critical success metrics like STP and latency. The first assignment focuses on a live Tier-1 bank payments program with a signed-scope deadline, emphasizing end-to-end ownership of what is built and why.
