About this role

As the founding Product Operations Lead at the Stellar Development Foundation, you will establish the operational backbone for the Product organization, creating systems, cadences, and standards to help teams plan and ship effectively. This role involves designing lightweight operating models, improving visibility into priorities, and integrating AI and automation to accelerate product workflows within a mission-driven, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Design and run lightweight operating cadences for planning and execution
Build systems to track priorities, progress, and decisions across teams
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities for product workflows
Own PM onboarding and enablement to reinforce high-performing culture
Partner with Engineering to evolve the product operating system

Qualifications

6+ years in Product Operations or Technical Program ManagementExperience standing up product operating models from scratchFamiliarity with AI tools and agentic workflowsBackground in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or developer-platform companiesStrong analytical and communication skills
