About this role

This role serves as the operational backbone for Grayscale's expanding index-based product suite, responsible for building processes to support product launches, adjustments, and retirements. The position involves leading prospectus reviews, managing episodic product changes like splits and benchmark updates, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of new product launches and fund liquidations. It requires close collaboration with Product Management, Legal & Compliance, and Capital Markets to ensure accurate and timely operational support.

Lead annual index description review process and coordinate prospectus filings with Legal
Project manage operational rollout of new product launches end-to-end across front and back office
Drive fund liquidation process and maintain master calendar of board-driven product changes
