About this role

The Product Owner, Card Programs will own Flex's card programs end-to-end, scaling the portfolio from one major program to five-plus and increasing total volume by more than an order of magnitude. This role involves leading processor strategy, managing vendor relationships, and building the operational infrastructure to support multiple concurrent card programs across credit, stablecoin, and rewards. The ideal candidate will have personally spun up card programs from scratch and possess deep familiarity with BIN sponsor dynamics, issuer processor mechanics, and card network rules.

Responsibilities

Own every layer of card programs including ledger, processing, servicing, and fulfillment
Lead processor strategy and direct network relationships while holding vendors accountable
Architect operational infrastructure to scale card portfolio by more than 20x
