Product Owner - CMDB

The Product Owner - CMDB will define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for SHI's ServiceNow Configuration Management Database platform, ensuring accurate and actionable configuration data across the organization. This hybrid role collaborates with IT Operations, Engineering, Security, Asset Management, and Service Management teams to drive continuous improvement, governance, and data quality of the CMDB.
