The Digital Product Owner at Dutch Bros is responsible for owning the strategic value, usability, and performance of consumer-facing and customer engagement technology platforms (mobile app, website, CRM, CDP, Loyalty, etc.). Acting as the customer and Broista advocate, the role partners with cross-functional teams to shape product vision and prioritize features that enhance customer and employee experiences. This position is part of a growing Product team and helps define product strategy and team practices.
