Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst

This role supports MedCerts' Salesforce and learning management system teams by participating in the full software development lifecycle, from identifying business needs to post-release support. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable user stories, coordinating changes across systems, and performing user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate is analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
