Product Owner

This role leads the strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex digital products to drive meaningful business outcomes and align with County goals. The Product Owner owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and cross-functional collaboration with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders. The position requires mentoring product teams, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs and compliance standards.
