Product Owner

This role serves as the primary triage contact for defects, incidents, and colleague feedback on live products, ensuring clear visibility and effective stakeholder communication throughout the incident lifecycle. The position involves coordinating impact analysis across engineering, operations, and compliance teams while synthesizing operational insights into prioritized product backlog items. Additionally, the role supports the Product Owner in backlog management, monitors product performance metrics, and actively participates in agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
