Product Owner

This role focuses on managing portfolio-specific product ownership for Loans or Property & Mortgage products, shaping product propositions and defining portfolio strategy to support business growth across New Zealand and Australia. The position involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch and ongoing optimization, to drive customer retention and sustainable delivery. Success in this role requires translating business strategy into executable roadmaps while balancing customer outcomes, commercial performance, and regulatory requirements.
