Product Owner

The Medicaid Eligibility Product Owner serves as the voice of the state and its members within the delivery team, translating eligibility policy into a clear, prioritized backlog to ensure accurate and timely decisions for Medicaid recipients. This role involves partnering with state agency leaders, policy experts, and technology teams to simplify complex rules for development and usability. The position requires balancing federal mandates, state policy, and member impact while coordinating with adjacent systems and programs. The Product Owner is responsible for tracking product outcomes and communicating progress, trade-offs, and risks to agency leadership and stakeholders.
