The position requires technical expertise in design-for-manufacturability, cost engineering, and supplier qualification within a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Responsibilities

Embed with Design Engineering to drive DFM/DFA and align design intent with supplier capabilities
Evaluate and select global suppliers based on technical capability, process maturity, and quality systems
Lead should-cost analyses and teardowns to expose cost drivers and drive design-to-cost initiatives
