The Product Specialist – Merchant Payments leads the strategy and execution of M-PESA merchant and agent offerings at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC. This role focuses on accelerating financial services digitization, expanding merchant acceptance, and strengthening the digital payment ecosystem to promote financial inclusion for underserved and unbanked populations.
