Product Squad Lead

The Product Squad Lead serves as the operational leader for the Campaign Data Standards Product Team, driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across campaign metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and data standards capabilities. This role collaborates with Digital Product Management, business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technology partners to ensure the successful adoption and evolution of enterprise campaign data standards. The position plays a critical part in enabling connected customer experiences, improving data quality, and creating a consistent metadata framework across the organization.
