Product Support - Service

The role involves managing a customer base and territory, performing diagnostics, repairs, and warranty service on Caterpillar heavy equipment in the field, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting and customer communication. Candidates must have extensive heavy‑equipment experience, a CDL with air‑brake endorsement, and the ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
