About this role
Monroe Tractor is seeking a Product Support Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for Wirtgen road construction and mining machinery within the Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse territory. The role supports the sales team and customers by providing deep product knowledge, technical and application expertise, and by representing the company in the local market. This position is field-based and focused on building customer relationships to drive equipment sales and long-term profitability for the dealer.
