The Product Support Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for Wirtgen road construction and mining machinery, supporting Monroe Tractor’s sales team and customers across the Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse territory. The role focuses on providing in-depth product knowledge, technical and application expertise, and customer training to drive equipment sales and increase market share. The specialist will also serve as a primary liaison with manufacturing partners and represent the company at industry events.
