Production Assembly Department Director

This role directs and coordinates the activities of the production assembly department, ensuring the quality and safety of the aircraft build and personnel. The position is responsible for the health of the direct labor force, including training, retention, and hiring, while executing production designs set by Cirrus Process Engineering. The role provides metrics and visibility for operations and oversees Production Technicians, Leads, and Masters.
