Production Assistant

The Production Assistant supports the stage management team by assisting with pre-production, rehearsals, and performances under the direction of the Production Stage Manager and AEA Stage Managers. This role involves coordinating daily activities, studying the LORT collective bargaining agreement, and engaging in inclusive practices backstage and theatre-wide. The position requires flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed for assigned productions.
