Production Assistant

The Production Assistant supports internal production processes at Wheeler Mission Pallets & Industry, ensuring operations run smoothly to meet customer product demands. This role involves process planning, assembly station staging, machine adjustments, and overseeing guests in the work training program. The position also requires maintaining building and kiln heat stoves and responding to after-hours emergencies while living on the Wheeler Mission Camp Hunt property.
