Production Associate (2nd Shift)

This role supports Regal Rexnord’s manufacturing operations by setting up and operating cell manufacturing and test equipment to produce finished products that meet customer expectations. The position works within a production environment to ensure consistent output and product quality while maintaining required documentation and equipment readiness. It also involves collaborating with internal partners such as purchasing, engineering, and customer service.
