The Production Associate works the second shift (1:15 pm – 9:45 pm) performing basic production tasks such as mixing, assembling, inspecting, packaging, and operating equipment to process ceramic materials into finished and semi‑finished products. The role includes reading work orders, conducting quality checks, recording data, and maintaining a safe, organized work area while following preventive maintenance procedures.
