Production Associate

This role involves operating alkalization and grinding systems to prepare and load chemical mixtures for chocolate production while monitoring processes to ensure quality standards. The associate is responsible for maintaining detailed documentation, ensuring FDA HACCP compliance, and keeping work areas and equipment clean and orderly. Collaboration with co-workers and flexibility to rotate into other production areas are essential components of the position.
