Production Associate

The Building Components Production Associate is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate manufacturing of roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels according to engineered specifications, production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements. This position supports all aspects of building component production, including material handling, component assembly, equipment operation, quality inspections, and workplace organization. The role plays a critical role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and accurately while supporting the Company's commitment to customer service, operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement.
