Production Batchmaker

This role is responsible for blending and mixing various pigments, resins, and raw material additives to produce acceptable in-process batches according to approved instructions. The position requires maintaining a clean and orderly batch-making area, communicating inventory needs, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials. The ideal candidate will optimize mixer usage and efficiency while maintaining strong working relationships with Quality Control and production supervisors.
