Production Business Program Manager

The Production Business Program Manager leads plant-side execution and integration of a major new business program to drive next-year growth. This role serves as the primary interface between the manufacturing plant and business unit leaders, translating business requirements and customer commitments into executable plant plans. The position coordinates cross-functional activities across operations, supply chain, engineering, and other departments to ensure successful launch, ramp-up, and sustained production of new business.
