Production Compounding

The Production Compounder is responsible for studying bills of materials, accurately mixing ingredients, and guiding them into the work-in-process stage while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. This role involves packaging completed batches, communicating progress with management, and supporting the fragrance manufacturing process alongside various internal teams. The position requires working with the production team to manufacture orders for shipment and maximizing workspace efficiencies.
