Production Control Manager

This role owns the planning side of the business, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and production control, to align capacity and materials with customer demand. The position partners with Operations and Supply Chain to protect on-time delivery, manage inventory, and ensure quality standards are met. It serves as a liaison between the production floor and sales desk to coordinate order promising, expediting, and delivery commitments.
