Production Control

This role is responsible for managing the production, process, and manning of each shift while leading production supervisors and team leaders to ensure manufacturing performance and quality goals are met. The position involves overseeing casting and machining operations, managing quality and yield, and supporting the Manager position when necessary. The role requires coaching employees, ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies, and driving continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
