Production Controller

This role is responsible for managing and shaping the production controlling of a mid-sized manufacturing company, leading a small team, and serving as the controlling liaison for subsidiaries. The position involves analyzing production costs and processes, developing key performance indicators, and providing actionable recommendations to drive operational efficiency. The controller will oversee cost and performance accounting, manage budget planning, and ensure alignment of controlling standards across the group.
