About this role

Anduril Intelligence Systems is hiring a Production Coordinator to organize and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing production for cutting-edge defense technology. The role involves resource planning, tracking parts through production flow, maintaining accurate MRP/ERP/MES data, and supporting supply chain and inventory teams. Located temporarily in Santa Ana, CA for training before moving to Ashville, OH, this position requires a motivated team player to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate physical movement of parts across receiving, stock rooms, and work centers
Maintain clean and accurate MRP, ERP, and MES data
Develop reports to highlight production needs, deliverables, and constraints
Support inventory management including return to stock and purge actions
