Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Experience Design team, managing the execution layer of projects from design files to finished installations. This role involves preparing production-ready files, sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating logistics for shipping and installation. The position also includes maintaining project budgets, tracking purchase orders, and supporting the design team with administrative and operational tasks.
