Production Engineer

This role executes production engineering strategies and tactical plans at the Astemo Berea Plant, collaborating with leadership to establish priorities and ensure effective implementation. The position supports production engineering while acting as a strategic partner to other departments, exercising independent judgment within established guidelines. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, resolving production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
