Production Engineering Director

The Production Engineering Director oversees the manufacturing process from new-product introduction through to stable, high-volume production at Syntronic Production Services Canada. This role establishes process standards, equipment strategies, and engineering methods to ensure products are launched on time while meeting cost and quality targets. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement in cost, throughput, and first-pass yield while leading engineering teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
