About this role

The Production Engineering Manager leads the development of the production engineering function to stand up and scale shipyard manufacturing operations, defining build strategies, production processes, and ensuring vessel designs align with facility capabilities. This role acts as the technical bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and facilities, creating and maintaining the Facilities Production Manual and supporting startup and industrialization of new shipyard facilities.
