Production Engineering Manager

This role leads the factory Maintenance team to plan and implement initiatives that enhance the reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, and production lines. The position is responsible for developing equipment life cycle management practices to optimize costs and profitability while driving continuous improvement projects. The role ensures all machinery and plant infrastructure are maintained in optimal condition to meet production requirements.
