Production Equipment Operator

This role is responsible for the timely and efficient setup and operation of various direct mail production equipment, including roll-to-sheet continuous folders, cut sheet folders, card affixers, and programmable guillotine cutters. The position requires interpreting job tickets, programming equipment settings, and ensuring high-quality finished products that meet specific mailing and personalization standards. The operator will maintain production standards, perform routine equipment maintenance, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency.
