Production Intern

The Production Intern will work 20–30 hours per week in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment, rotating through various areas of the facility to gain hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves standardized work, meeting production standards, loading and unloading parts, cleaning and inspecting parts, and contributing to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
