Production Intern

This three-month contract role assists with implementing IWS Standards at the JTI RMC Factory in Danville, VA, providing college students with hands-on experience in the tobacco manufacturing environment during summer break. The position involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and electrical teams to develop equipment standards, troubleshooting instructions, and safety stock protocols. It offers an opportunity to gain practical skills in a professional manufacturing setting while working toward a degree.
