Production Lead-2nd Shift

The Production Lead-2nd Shift assists the supervisor in directing daily production activities, including work assignments, training, and shift coverage, to ensure the production of a quality product. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment efficiency, minimizing turnaround times, and maintaining compliance with all GMP, HACCP, safety, and regulatory policies.
