Production Lead

The Production Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities during an assigned shift to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards and company procedures. This position provides day-to-day direction, support, and guidance to production employees while monitoring workflow, production performance, safety, and quality. The role works closely with production leadership and employees to maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment while ensuring company expectations and procedures are consistently followed.
