Production Lead

The Production Lead directs and controls the processing and packaging area of the plant on one shift to meet all production goals within established costs and company policies. This role involves managing hourly workforce personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining product quality. The position requires training employees, resolving operational problems, and coordinating with the Shift Supervisor and Quality Assurance Department.
