Production Line Operator

The Production Line Operator is responsible for operating and setting up production lines according to the production plan, maintaining production and quality documentation, and ensuring product quality through adherence to established procedures. The role involves preparing lines for production, tests, and shutdowns, maintaining order and compliance with GMP and 5S standards, and monitoring equipment condition while performing minor repairs. The operator collaborates with the warehouse and other departments to ensure production continuity, reports discrepancies and breakdowns, and coordinates team activities to support smooth information flow and the launch of new processes and products.
