The Automotive Production Manager (Evening Shift) will lead Clutch’s reconditioning department, driving lean production practices to improve efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. This people-first leader will mentor team leads, support planning and decision-making, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures vehicles are reconditioned to high standards while aligning production with business growth and customer demand, and requires consistent evening and late-day availability.
