Production Manager I

The Production Manager will oversee overall plant production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, cost-out and productivity goals, providing leadership and managing systems, equipment, people and materials. The role reports to the Plant Manager and is scoped to a small facility (typically ≤200 employees) with low to mid-level complexity. The manager supports continuous improvement, equipment installations, and human capital development to meet financial and operational objectives.
